- Relive my first long-distance, cross-country trip with Eleanor and all of the random stops in this 5500+ mile journey!
- I didn't get to ride the motorcycle all the way to Michigan, but I did find a way to make it to Boyne Falls, MI for a quick cameo at the Ride-In and to return a very much needed journal.
- My trip to Kerville, TX was a wild ride that really didn't leave me lots of time to upload extensive reports during this 6000+ mile loop. But, I did take lots of photos!
- Photos of my journey to the NE United States and the new experiences and food that I had the privilege to indulge while being up there!
- This was the projected route for my somewhat accelerated trip from Columbus, OH to San Jose, CA and back in 13 days. I didn't want to leave empty-handed; being able to tag Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Wisconsin on the way back would only leave five southeastern states left in my quest to hit all 48 Continental States on the same motorcycle.
26th Annual Women On Wheels® International Ride-In™ - Travel Reports (2012) - Part 2
- It was short and sweet, but I did cross into two new states - Georgia and Alabama! It was a leisurely ride down US-23 and an additional 400 mile detour back up to Columbus. The Piaggio BV250 scooter reaches new heights and Eleanor earns another sticker and even more bragging rights.
- Here's the route for my very long (and very wet) ride from Columbus, OH to Spartanburg, SC for lunch and back on a sanctioned Iron Butt SaddleSore 1000. A bit more challenging than my first [unofficial] 1000 mile run from Roswell, NM to LAX Airport in 17 hours, but I managed to pull it off in a little under 21 hours despite the inclement weather.
One-Day Introduction to Canada (2010)
- What do you do with only 24 hours and a valid passport? Go shopping for goalie equipment, stop at Niagara Falls for lunch, and circle Lake Erie while enjoying the land of hockey! Here's the first adventure into the province of Ontario.
Iron Butt SaddleSore 2000/BunBurner 1500 (2011)
- Here's the recap from my successful SaddleSore 2000 attempt from Columbus, OH to Elko, NV en route to San Jose for the 25th Annual Women On Wheels® International Ride-In . Originally designed to be a BunBurner Gold 1500 (1500 miles in 24 hours or less), a few detours allowed me to accomplish an even more grueling feat.

Iron Butt SaddleSore 1000 to the Last Blockbuster (June 3-June 5, 2019)
- It had been eight years since my last Iron Butt certified ride, and this ride would be the first one I had ever done with a riding companion. It was a whirlwind journey with cool sights in both directions and first-time experiences for both of us. And yes, we got to the store just in time to get signed off (and return our DVDs).
- Five years after the my last Iron Butt ride, I reattempt a BunBurner Gold 1500 on the way to the 38th Annual Women On Wheels® International Ride-In™ in Rapid City, SD with interesting results.
