- faulty ECU (Yamaha factory recall, warranty replacement)
- seized piston on left front brake caliper (22,000 miles), caliper replaced by warranty
- Failed/shorted out main wiring harness (52,000 miles), replaced with 2009 OEM main wiring harness
- (4) Failed ignition switches - replaced with good ignition switch after factory recall
- front brake calipers rebuilt (102,236 miles)
- wiring harness sub lead installation (Yamaha factory recall, 114,666 miles)
- failed stator (115,964 miles)
- original wheel bearings replaced (123,023 miles), replaced with All Balls (front) and Yamaha OEM (rear)
- original rear brake rotor replaced (123,023 miles)
- original starter relay and fuel line to throttle bodies replaced (136,962 miles)
- front forks and rear shock serviced and rebuilt (157,700 miles)
- 3rd valve adjustment ever, original steering head bearing replaced (159,739 miles)
- fuel lines near tipover sensor cleared to restore idle (179,938 miles)
- headlight assembly rewired to bypass ECU (184,000 miles)
- second stator replacement (184,000 miles)
- replacement of three original relays and sidestand safety switch bypassed (189,800 miles)
- rebuild of original clutch (200,218 miles)
- replacement of original slave clutch cylinder (203,150 miles)
- front forks serviced and fork tubes replaced (203,420 miles)
- final drive gear oil seal replaced (205,253 miles)
- rear brake rotor replaced (214,791 miles)
